Tried to use the Royal Canin cat food voucher today, the one for a 400g bag where you had to specify the shop you wanted to use it at. Lady in shop refused to accept it as she said they are losing out because they aren't getting reimbursed the correct amount :(

Oh dear. I haven't even received any vouchers so maybe they have stopped posting them out?

Does it specify the shop on the voucher or could you take it elsewhere?

opinions please. 4 weeks ago I found £100 in an ATM machine directly outside a Tesco. I waited 15 mins then had to get back to work so I handed it in at the customer service in Tesco. they gave me a receipt and advised me to call in, saying that after 28 days and if it remained unclaimed then I could claim it.
I was really hopeful that this would be claimed by rightful owner as it is such a large sum of money to lose.
anyway after calling in frequently time passed. on Wednesday I called in to Tesco and asked had it been claimed. no. can I claim it? no. why? cos 28 days is not 4 weeks or a calendar month (same customer service person who advised me to claim!) anyway its not February, if it was I could claim she said. after lengthy discussion she checked with "upstairs", no I could not claim until 6 weeks. I left.
( in addition the security guard told me to be very careful as atm as camera and I maybe accused of stealing.)

role on to today. thought customer service did not know what she was talking about so went back in. only to be advised it is now 3 months wait. I told them to make there minds up 28 days, one month, 6 weeks,. now 3 months. here is the cruncher. AFTER 3 MONTHS IF NOT CLAIMED THEY DONATE IT TO THERE CHARITY OF CHOICE!

I have rang head office (useless) he said it is 6 weeks but it is up to store if they give it to me or donate to charity.

my plan is to wait 6 weeks and try again. what do you think, advise

I found few notes wrapped in several receipts/bits of papers on the floor in Ts once, I handedit in at CS and was told if it had not been claimed by 6 weeks then they would give it to me.

I said I hoped they could possibly identify the customer by what the money had been found with not sure if that was possible.

Anyway I asked after a week just because I had hoped someone had gone in for it. They hadn't so I waited until the end of 6 weeks and they were true to their word and it was given to me.
  • In T's I found a large Lindt bunny wrapped in gold, amongst the reindeer today, computer says 'unknown item' and sa wouldn't sell it to me. (was hoping it would go through at 1p). Maybe worth keeping eyes open in case they are in other t's.

Hopefully new offer will come along Tues/Wed...time will tell.

Anyone able to confirm whether there's 2 for £x, 3 for £y etc. on their meat at the moment?

    Ta.

    Hi Karlie,

I got fish yesterday in the 3 for £10

    Smoked salmon is £4.50
    Arbroath salmon £5
    Trout stuffed with crab £5
Sea bass or lemon sole.....can't remember £5.50

So you can get to £15ish
Add 3 for £7 in the pasta meals and you'll get to £25

The 3 for 10 is on the meat too but I didn't look at that:)
