    Cheers nerfdad

I don't often shop in toscos so never remember about CC points!

You MUST remember about CC points when the opportunity arises.

Most of us live off the stuff.

    :rotfl:

CC points make up 1/4 of my annual salary. 1/2 comes from APGs and the other 1/4 is my regular day job.

    :rotfl:

Have you got a little CC fob attached to your house/car keys?

    :)

well it would be too much for 3 nice things to happen in one morning wouldn't it.

Went to Topcashback and logged onto the !!!!!! misery wine section and whites were showing :D

ordered 3 and then tried to check out, the usual happened, out of stock. Gave up went to the loo tried again and I got to the choose your delivery day page. Then it went out of stock again  I rang them up for a good rant, he said the website only updates every 2 hours and that there was only one case in stock for which there would be a delivery charge - not that I could even get to checkout, tried 3, 2 and 1.
I was hoping for a disappointment code but sadly none was offered ...

Those wines are the biggest mystery ever. ;)

I have only ever had one of each of the £3 bottle ones back in February every other time in my basket to be taken away from me. :(

I was actually a bit disappointed with the £4 bottle case of whites I got couple weeks ago as it was no better than my first case of £3 ones in fact total worth was less.

A couple of years ago we were in York towards the end of September visiting eldest child. It was so stinking hot, everyone was in town with their maxis on and it was like mid summer all over again. We were so knackered that instead of walking home we thought we would be lazy and get a taxi so eldest child took us to her taxi place on the road by the York Dungeons. We booked in at the office half way along and then we went to wait at the end of the road by the river - this road had a very gently slope down to the ouse.

(I know what we were doing now, we had a mini cruise which went from Hull so we stayed with eldest child the night before, but that's another story)

Anyway roll forward 3 weeks then and the weather had changed. We caught some of the news one night and some film came up and it was the street where we had waited for the taxi which was now knee high in water all the way up to the taxi office - what a difference to three weeks before!

There was lots of sun in Manchestah yesterday too; with a few scattered clouds.

    :T

About 3 years ago in mid-October I remember we had a very nice Indian Summer for a few days with temperatures in the mid 20s.

Just looked at the thermometer in the garden; currently 19 degrees celsius.

Time to get the £1 Ray Ban out.

None of us seem to have a quiet easy going life - we all seem to lurch from one minor drama to the big significant stuff and back again several times a day :rotfl:
