    Morning everyone :)

Looking forward to a chill out family day doing not very much at all.

I have a lot of T cc mailing mocs for £1.20 off anchor cheese - keep getting them since I stocked up on the original moc offer :D and am guessing others have them too. The 350g mature and extra mature currently £3 T and £2 A

Also just received an email from W with 2 x £10 off wys £40 mocs - only usually get whoopsies there so may struggle to get anywhere near the threshold, but will have a look and see if any stand out deals.

Enjoy your Sunday, hope the sun shines.
whats the best time to get reduction in w please. (I know mine may be different).

Talking about youngsters and their jobs did a wedding in London yesterday with sis and 2 of the agency staff did not turn up. It was a wedding barbecue in these peoples garden and one of the guests said our 15 year old son is just lying on the settee at home we'll go and get him. So he came and did 3 hours washing up ( apparently he has never washed up before). Did a sterling job and cause 2 agency did not now need paying my sis gave him £40.00 for 3 hours and we took his number for the future. Good lad
  • Is anyone on here very techie?

DS(16) is looking to buy himself a laptop for college. He has a bit of a stash of DLA money, as its been going into his account since he turned 16, and we have just discovered he is going to get PIP (phew) for the next 3 years, so thats a relief!

Originally he wanted a macbook - no particular reason why, but now he isn't so sure, mainly because of cost (he is tight like me, so doesn't want to spend that much money! :rotfl:).

He needs something he can carry about with him and use for his college work - he will be getting the dragon dictation software to put on it to help with his coursework, and any other dyslexic specific software we can find that may be useful.

Other than that he just tends to surf on the net, and watch an awful lot of rubbish on youtube etc!

Please can I ask which 2 Dolmio sauces did someone buy in Tesco to get their lasagne dish plus they compared to Asda so gave an added bit of TPP?

I've tried looking at mys but a lot seem to be £1 in !!!!!! compared to sadas 2 for £3 offers.

I've tried doing a search back but I can't find it on anyone's list.

Its a bit of a muggle shop I am doing in !!!!!! to spend yesterday TPP but I've got a couple of mocs so if need be I can turn it into a comparison shop :)

Good on him! Its hard to get work at 15 these days. DD15 managed to get a job at same soft play place as DS, and for some reason seems to get more shifts than him. She did make a bit of a boo boo yesterday, she checked her shifts when she got back from holiday lat saturday and didn't have any, but between then and yesterday they added one for yesterday which she then didn't turn up to as didn't know (no-one actually bothers to tell you, it seems you just have to keep looking).

She only reaslised as she had a missed call from work, but they didn't leave a message and didn't try the home phone. I told her to email the manager and apologise profusely, but whether she'll get any more shifts I don't know.

Could be a backlog and that they're working their way through applications.

I'd give it up to 2 weeks following the acceptance email and then ask OH to ring M&S. He should've received a form to sign and send back in a pre-paid envelope.
