I need to get my GP to write a letter listing my restrictions, then this can be discussed and worked around how I will return. Am so pleased, just to be able to get out for a couple of hours a day, work my brain and actually feel useful again will be good, plus it will take my mind off my symptoms.

the Johnsons first touch seems to be on offer in Asda for about the £1.50/£1.75 mark so a good one for a !!!!!! v sada shop if you have the conditional spends to use - I wonder if it would include the wipes - not on the picture.

Hope you had a nice sleep Bubbs! I could do with a nap, my neighbours are having an extensions built, so noisy all day long. Other day was a bit unreasonable when it started at 7.30am. Today they knocked at 8.30 asking if the scaffolding men could come through (they had already asked and i agreed to have some on my side to support what was up on theirs).
