I honestly can't remember and it doesn't say 342 anywhere in the emails I received. Think I'm just going to have to suck this one up and seethe quietly in the corner.

    :(

Maybe some bits will be useful.

  • I'd just like to say what a complete bunch of (insert word that is 5 letters, begins with t and ends in a, with a wat in the middle) tool station are

Fancy being a DIY store and not knowing the difference between 2.5l emulsion and 5 litre masonry paint

What's happened? Did you realise before starting to paint?

I had an outstanding balance of £43.85, I phoned up to pay and they let me split cost between two 3v cards. hthsm

Now you are making me wonder if I can pay a centerparcs balance with 3v ???

    Good afternoon Elite!

I had a complimentary return ticket to London for today so popped down early this morning, had a mooch around Covent Garden and listened to the inevitable string quartet, wandered down to Trafalgar Square and wondered about the large blue cockerel (?!!), saw Vincent's sunflowers and Claude's water lilies at the National Gallery, had a free burger at Ed's Diner and a lovely walk through St James's Park and along the river. Now on the train heading home.

Hope everyone is having a splendid day.

    Sounds like a lovely day!

the blue cockerel is to do with George but as he is now over a year and there is another on the way ...
well that's what I was told anyway ...

  • Good news for me. Police Federation phoned, they have spoken to HR who agreed that what the Force Dr told me was ridiculous, and I can return on whatever reduced hours I can manage. :T

I need to get my GP to write a letter listing my restrictions, then this can be discussed and worked around how I will return. Am so pleased, just to be able to get out for a couple of hours a day, work my brain and actually feel useful again will be good, plus it will take my mind off my symptoms.

    Hooray for common sense!
