Shop from 22:15 last night. Total cost £12.64, less pasta MOCs and an APG (from a previous pasta shop), and the SA giving me the wrong change (I gave her £1 coin and she thought it was £2 coin ... hardly my fault if she couldn't tell the difference), I paid £0.78:)'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Anyway I am one very happy bunny as Hermes has been and brought me my new Boden top :j
Yes the code worked on a reduced item, mine was £28 to start with, down to £14 and then £4 went out of my account yesterday
Its the Rivera one and it fits fabulous, there was only a 14 r so I was a bit worried, my cleavage being a dominant feature but tis perfect and very happy
please can I ask do Boden send these gift cards out more than once a year?
Mhoc I got three in one year. It was like Christmas and my birthday all at onceI kept yelling 'they've sent me another one!' in disbelief. It must have been an f up on their part.
I didn't buy myself anything with the vouchers but the quality of the clothes is so good! When you give them as presents you get that 'you shouldn't have' look. Still chuckle to myself about that cashmere mix cardigan for 39p.Debt free 6th December 2014

Thank you to Jelly- it seems Nick hasn't ignored me. Funny Girl arrived for me too. I shall add it to my holiday reading pile

It's OK, Nick is back on my Christmas card list again:)
It's giving me a nice warm feeling (no, not there - cheeky:p) thinking of the glitch monkeys enjoying reading this (and before the muggle readers get a chance, too) ... tell us what you think of the book:)I didn't get a copy either Jelly so obviously Nick doesn't like us anymoreThank you to Jelly- it seems Nick hasn't ignored me. I've just tried to claim my first Amazon voucher code but it's coming up saying that they aren't available at the moment. I've def earned enough to redeem. So I'm just wondering is it only a certain time or something that you can claim Amazon vouchers?
Thanks to anyone who can shed some light
Afternoon all!
I've just tried to check VO but I can't see what's available voucher-wise as I've not currently got enough credit. They are well known for running out of Amazon vouchers though, it happens a lot because they're probably the most popular option. Complaints usually start appearing on FB rather rapidly though, so maybe keep an eye on there?
I've just been offered the job I interviewed for 2 weeks ago
Not sure whether to take it or not, as it's only £1.5k more, but I'd save loads in petrol money and not having to travel 45 mins each way. They're also offering loads of other perks (health care, good contributory pension, small annual bonus and 25 days holiday), but I wouldn't get to take bank holidays with hubby and I think the job would be really high pressure, whereas I'm allowed a fair amount of freedom in my current role. It's also 6 hours more per week, which kind of cancels out the pay rise. I'm so confused with it all!0 -
