I'm so tired because of the shock of suddenly working full timeI don't know how people do this and still have time for hobbies and keeping their houses tidy  I'm exhausted
On a plus note it pleases me to be a step closer to being a "normal person"
I always felt guilty only working part time when others could manage full time. I often ended up wasting the hours I saved by working part time which also added to the guilt so at least this way I'll have a lot more extra money than I used to have. It's been frustrating being skint so I'm really looking forward to getting paid and treating myself

Good morning all, nice sunny one here
Hearing about the long trip stories last night, I think the longest one I ever made was London to Bangkok via Dubai, the worst part was the stop in Dubai because all the Arabs treated us like we were nothing, my toes were run over so often it was unbelievable, it was as if we were not there, couldn't get out of there quick enough
We did have a trip from I think Lydd airport once over to France for a skiing trip. If I remember rightly it was in an old Dakota, the chairs were around tables and the stewardesses wore overcoats, it had to fly fairly low because it could not be pressurised. That was a laugh anyway! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Good morning all.:D
Day off for me today.
Now, how do I spend it? Lazy or busy?
I'm leaning towards lazy, but the housework needs doing, as does the garden. My house is looking so untidy at the moment.
Housework doesn't appeal, cos I'm still waiting for the last carpet to be fitted on Friday, and I have the bedroom furniture spread between other rooms. I have a sofabed being picked up by the council on Friday too, and it's sitting in the middle of the conservatory. I think it will have to be a bit of a tidy up, clean the kitchen, put the washing on, then out into the garden. I'll have a mega tidy and clean at the weekend once the furniture and everything else is back in place ( and DH is around to help;))
Got lots of catching up to do on here, but did see that zippy has bought his dw a new car. Well done zips:T:D
Hope you are all well.
