I've had a limited edition proof copy of the new Nick Hornby 'Funny Girl' arrive this morning - does anyone who does comps remember this as a prize from somewhere - I am wondering if I am supposed to read and review it for somebody.
If I keep it for reading when we are away I won't get it finished, huge thick paperback and we are only away for a week.
Anyway first win for ages, need to get my butt into gear.

They have also got some coffee to stockpile while its half price

I still need to get some snow boots (I have hiking boots but the soles are a bit on the slippy side so I'm not sure about taking them) gloves and thermals. You've got two months to pick it back up again :rotfl:
    Right, I'm onto it:)

Very well remembered - just goes to show if anyone spots anything of interest bring it along to the party - often there are small draws buried amongst the weekly email updates we get from various places in our inboxes - every book or cinema ticket or whatever however small is useful to someone :T

Agreed:) Even if it's not of interest to you, it will probably be of interest to someone.

It was on a receipt I found today, not sure if £12 is a good price for one though
