I've lived in my housing association house for 26 yrs, and have applied under right to buy.
Just had a surveyor round to price it for the HA, and he said its unmortgageable, because my neighbour has japanese knotweed behind the fence, which is only 1.5 m from my house wall.

I dont think i've got a hope of buying the house in any case with prices round here, but if i dont try i wont know. One ex HA house round the corner went for £100 000 more than the top range of mortgage i could possibly get. But it had been extended.

it was free :j and some packs had a TMF coupon on it too :D
I'm sure a foodbank or animal rescue would have been able to use it :o

There has been some quite good offers on it, some free  and I find that it recognises receipts better as well

Nope, afraid not. Just checked with the baby dry size 6 at £9.99 each, total became £19.98 when I put 6 in basket
