I never understand anyone who buys these at £6. To me, even the £3 price on these is way too expensive!:D
Like you would: of all the items in 2 for £4 toiletries, they choose L'Oreals that are more expensive elsewhere:(.0 -

dont worry about you other daughter she will make friends, at the moment it is all new and it takes a while to settle down, my ds3 had his first day at college yesterday and spent the day on his own as he knows no one, he had to walk from the school and across town on his own as he did not know the other lads that were going, but I was more worried than him, he said they will all get to know each other and be fine.
was annoyed as they get bus passes to get home but finish at 4.30 and the bus leaves at 4.40 but he is on the harbourside and the bus is 20 mins away so he missed it  luckily oh was about so managed to pick him up as we live 10 miles away
They are such a worry and it never ends does itDD2 messaged me today - message read "some idiot girl just threw a water bottle at my head" That set me up for a whole day worrying that she was the target for bullies  and thinking she spent the day crying, she is so sensitive. I spent the day ranting on to OH about getting it sorted and nipping it in the bud...then she came home smiling :T She said she had been upset at the time, it was 2 year 9s that had done it  She enjoyed her lessons after that though and started chatting to a couple of girls in her house so she soon got over "the water incident" as she is calling it :rotfl:

Womble from today (2.10pm):
2 x Frijj Chocolate Milkshake (471ml)£1.00£2.00
Frijj Chocolate showing Morries mbuy price of £2.00. Maybe it was always that and only the Strawberry that thought it was 2 for £2.60 (perhaps they just got an incorrect mbuy price on the Strawberry one). Nonetheless, this is also consistent with my theory that we had another mbuy glitching price collection vs Morries this week, but that this is now all over as we are already now on the Wednesday collection at the time of this shop.
If Chocolate has 2 for £2.00 but Strawberry has 2 for £2.60 (why would it have that when one Strawberry is - or at least should be - Morries £1.30?), then it would mean that mix and match of Chocolate and Strawberry would not pick up Morries mbuy (2 for £2.00) and therefore would lose out even more than it would if it compared against the 2 for £2 mbuy price.0 -
I feel the most important thing is to not just focus all on the ill child as that's when the brothers or sisters who are healthy go off the rails trying to get there parents attention:o seen it happen with my wife's sister
This place is my escape:eek::eek::rotfl::rotfl: and that's why I can't take it serious when people get stupid on here and I think if silly stuff can get them so upset they don't realise how luck they are:o:o

Wise words nerfy. My bil is severely handicapped and my dh was pushed to one side when younger (understandable when bil was in and out of hospital and given v short life expectancy) but has had a lasting negative effect on him. (Bil was given 7 years but is now 39!)
And you're right, if they have time to stress about such petty things they're really very lucky.
Rosynbach, great expression. Would like to think I'm one of those people in RL.
Strewth, hope dd feeling better soon and it's just the stent settling. Horrible for all of you I'm sure. ((Hug))
Emmap, bit jealous of gorgeous boots. Lived in my docs when in high school.
In other news... think my As is total pants atm. No reductions on laundry or anything, never had 10p toms, no mags, and already posted that impulse trigger no longer a goer as they've rtc'd it! :mad:0 -
Just back from sada no reduced loo rolls and no JF serum so wandered
round trying to check prices my a's are clearing out the school aisles of
paper pens etc but also the diffuser section has a big white advice sheet
on it though I couldn't read it am sure it will be some reduction to make
way for the Xmas candles and diffuser fragrances0 -

Plenty of cheap flights to choose to go to Dublin from Glasgow International Airport by Ryanair. Starting from end of October. Price as low as £17 return per person. Perfect for weekend getaway! Also you can carry one cabin luggage and one extra small bag. Enjoy browsing everyone

£10 AMEX credit statement with Ryanair spend (even if it's not in your 'my offers' area)
A direct link to the campaign page. I signed up then booked a flight and received instant confirmation from american express that I'll receive £10 in 3 to 5 working days. This offer 'wasn't' in the 'my offers' account area for me but works anyway. No minimum spend required. Offer open to first 8,125 customers to register.
