Sorry to al if this is the wrong forum.
I am getting calls from this number +278700845799 on my T-mobile connection.
when I receive the call nothing these and then disconnects. happens twice a day.
is it one of those scam where they take the money by receiving the call?

The call may be from South Africa as the code for that country is 27.0

I suspect the call centre is in South Africa, but they messed up sending a UK 0870 number as caller ID.
You can't be charged for receiving the call0
