Slammed by EE

I have been slammed by EE . They have illegally taken over my broadband fro TalkTalk . I have been without the internet for 2 weeks and have gone over my internet usage in my phone as I've had to use it for internet access.
My question is - is it worth suing them for costs and inconvenience ? How would I go about this?
Thank you

How do you know EE have slammed you as you claim .
Are you sure its EE not some reseller .
If they have taken over your internet how are you without it .Who is your mobile network provider ??
You can take whoever to the Small Claims Courts if you have the evidence .0 -
EE have admitted that they slammed me. My original provider was TalkTalk . This all happened while I was on holiday so I was unable to stop it.
I am using the internet on my phone.
EE phones me and asked about my broadband provider . I said I was happy with TalkTalk but EE went ahead and told TalkTalk that I was moving house and I wanted to change providers.
I'm so furious. Customer services have been very very unhelpful .0 -
EE took over my internet and then cancelled it , cutting my line off.0

Write to them with your reasonable demands, asking them to respond within a predetermined time frame.
If they don't, you can proceed to an Ombudsman or to Small Claims.0 -
I'm assuming 'slammed' is a technical term :rotfl:- if so I've learnt something new today0

I know this used to be very common in the energy sector but have never heard of it with BB before. I presume the OP was out of minimum term otherwise he would indeed have reason to pursue EE in the courts.0
