clearly you didnt read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of this forum

post #1 has the template letter for the PPC (in this case Excel)

post #3 has a link to appeal examples including the excel one I linked you to (recently rewritten too so no work to do)

and post #2 explains all the acronyms

the DUHHHH moment comes when you realise its all right in front of you and you didnt see the wood for the trees

and with the Peel centre it comes up almost daily, which is why all the work has been done for you

dinara - just realise that until you came here, you were another victim.

You're not now, but don't make Redx cross by not reading:-)[Look, that's a smile!]

Even I took a gulp at your GPEOL comment.

You will be growled at if you throw us one like that again:-)...now, away you go and read some more.
Set up just one basic Appeal draft and let us have another look.

Durrr ok thanks lol. In my defence my laptops playing up making the easiest job difficult with constant popups and freezing, and the letter i found was successful in the thread and related to peel.

The forth offence was dated 09/01/2014 were as the others (3) were in early July 2014 but all arrived in the post the first week of August 2014.

    Thanks again :)

with the money you will save with our help you could buy a new laptop instead of giving it to Excel , plus you will also cost excel £120 for not cancelling the charges

parking prankster is also helping a few people in court over this nefarious and infamous site
  • Your advice is much appreciated Redx,

I have no intention of giving Exel 1 penny, several years ago my car was registered at my mothers address, I recieved a PCN from parking eye for driving through a car park in chorlton, appealed etc I was unaware of POPLA, a bailiff came and demanded nearly £500 of my mum, ( a widowed cleaner in her 60s) they said I would be arrested if they were not paid, so she paid, it makes me sick to this day that they get away with this.

I will follow your advice and draft and re draft to get this right

    Thank you :)

Oh dear, dinara - was just about to close down[this putah's in very limpy mode too], then read this ' a bailiff came and demanded nearly £500 of my mum, ( a widowed cleaner in her 60s) they said I would be arrested if they were not paid, so she paid

.......this is why this site/forum exists. I share your absolute disgust and outrage.

If only we'd had Parky around in time for this one.

The bailiffs committed a crime - demanding money with menaces, charges often being preferred as 'blackmail' and 'exortion'.

i was just about to paste Pranky's link here:

-and lo and behold, look at what some filth are up to North of the Border.

This is the calibre of lowlife you will be seeing off. Even more so, vicariously grind them to toxic dust for your Mum.

I would send it as a supplementary - but that's just me:D! - with a small cover note:

'Kindly accept this supplementary submission for consideration as my main Appeal. I have been so intimidated by this whole process and the threats of legal proceedings, that I mistakenly sent an early draft, rather than this, my final, complete Appeal.
Please excuse this human, very human, error.

    Y/f.'

I would do it, but wait for the experts dinara.
