I think i'm just being daft here...but I can figure out how to upload a picture?

that is because the answer is simple , you cant !

use a broken weblink to a host site like tinypic or photobucket or imgur

    so hxxp not http

nope, just follow the previous advice and use a web hosting site

then copy and paste the link or links, change the links to hxxp instead of http and post, it really is that simple

this would be a broken weblink instead of a working and active weblink

I personally find tiny pic the easiest to use. When you list the link here just use hxxp instead of http

Sorry but this is hard work - what was hard about the advice from Redx above this post, sent a whole day before you replied? What part of 'change the http to hxxp' was unclear?!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We get concerned because IPC appeals work to a shorter time scale and we do not want time to run out on you.

It's actually usually the other way around in the someone asks for advice a the beginning of the month and then the day before appeal absolutely has to be in, they suddenly post all the information and EXPECT forum members to work magic in 24 hours. The more time we have to see signs, the more time we have to work out the flaws and give you the right advice.

We can only generally advise without them.

Poor C-M gets so many pms as if this were her job, and reply now please etc. It is frustrating when we could help if the information is posted quickly not last minute.

Ok, you have done this right and wrong all at the same time. I can open your file , but it has your name on it! The PPC of they read this can identify you and link you to the PCN. Not a good idea. Never use personal information on this forum.

Can you upload to tiny pic afresh without any identifying information.

I was able to alter the link and post it, so y followed the process right, but it took it down straight away when I realised your name was visible. Y need an anonymous account. So you need to remove the link above and start again.

Edit: And now I have looked at the photos, there is identifying information on it. Remove the windscreen picture, photocopy it, redact (cover up/cross out with black highlighter) any personal information then repost it please.

On a separate note, the entrance sign is a gift for the IAS (second stage)appeal when you get there. Breaks the IPC code of contract.

The main sign is a new one so ok.

Obvious on entering lack of signage except old clamping one, so that will be good too.

Can you add a photo of back of windscreen ticket too once you have removed details of car etc.

And as you have not had the NTK yet, we will need an image (redacted) of that of you want is to help identify what is wrong, but before then, have a read of POFA 12 sections 8 & 9 to identify what should be on it.

Now I will warn you, I still take ages to make sense of POFA 12, it does require a few re reads, but the ability to compare to the NTK when it arrives is crucial to the appeal.
