Exhausts are not fixed rigidly they will always move a little.

There is no way anybody can really comment accurately on what is causing the noise

Could be so many things. Does it do it going straight if you hit a pot hole or just when turning right? Does it sound like a clunk or a rattle or what?

Exhausts are attached using rubber hangers to allow movement - stops the vibrations creating from transferring to the car.

It only does it when turning left but not right and it sounds like a clunking sound, I had the rubber support mounts replaced last December. I am wondering if they have split again

Err no, CV joints are in the drive shafts and nothing to do with the exhaust.
