No internet with Vodafone, how to resolve?

Does anyone know how I can possibly resolve this?

I took out a mobile contract with Vodafone in December last year and the coverage info on their website said they covered my area. Internet was terrible from the the start and after calling to complain they said they were doing work in the area but would be working soon. Went into the Vodafone shop and they now say they have updated their coverage info online and don't cover my area!

I've tried to email in a complaint as my contract includes data, and they advertised they covered my area at the time but no answer and that was over a week ago.

No sure of what my next step should be?!
I was put on this earth to accomplish a certain amount of things, at this rate I may never die!

    After reading some of the other Vodafone complaint threads I cam across the support link for the Vodafone rep on MSE so complaint now logged ref [#7823348] (also ref [#7823349] for some reason).
