There is no business authorised by the MOJ called Claims Advice Helpline.

Please report the call to the MOJ.

For the list of numbers added here that are calling people I would be 99.99% sure that they are invalid and being generated from a dialler within the Company, They will look at an address ie:- Manchester based for an individual and then call you from what looks like a local number to your area, This would then mean that you are more likely to answer the call from them.

The phone gets passed to my 3 year old daughter so she can have a chat to them, they don't call as frequently as they used to.

I was actually in an accident last year which I recieved no compensation from my insurance company. I got a call from the Liverpool Claims Advice Helpline a couple of days ago and they've been in contact since too. They knew all of my accident details and seem legitimate but I just want to make sure this isn't a scam before I proceed. They want to dispute my case and they say they're independent from my insurance and that if I do get compensation then they will just take a 25% cut of that. Is this a scam? They seem professional and I've spoke to four different people from there now.
