  • I took up the offer on the money tips the other week for the handset from Orange for £9.99 and pay £10 to top it up. I ordered this for my elderly uncle, chased last week to see why I hadn't received it, was told that it would be sent out. Phoned again today to chase and was told that the offer was wrong and they would be crediting my account within 7-10 days. They have had my money for a month, my uncle has been unable to contact me by mobile for 2 weeks and they are absolutely not bothered by any of this.

Has anyone else had this problem with the offer?

Orange seem to have a very strange interpretation of customer service.
