How bad can TalkTalk get?...

Here's what I've sent to TalkTalk - thought I'd post it here as I've seen that there is a TT moderator or spokesperson who monitors this forum...here's hoping...
I have tried to upgrade my mobile phones for the last two weeks. I have been on the phone for at least 3 hours...I have spoken with goodness knows how many operators...in one hour I actually talked to no fewer than 7 'agents'! I have logged numerous complaints...my account is still not correct and I am sick of the whole organisation...my mobile number is xxxxxxxx.
Don\'t bother calling me unless you have listened to every call that has been made to or by me to/from TalkTalk Customer Services, TalkTalk Loyalty Department, TalkTalk Handset Support, TalkTalk Upgrade.
Also, read the notes on the many conversations I\'ve had and don\'t ask me to explain the problem.
The customer service I\'ve received has been so bad it beggars belief that TalkTalk is still in operation.
To cap it all, once this email has been sent and not dealt with appropriately I then have to send a letter to the complaints department...Why in God\'s name do I have to send a letter to a telecommunications company...they\'re a telecommunications company...they should be able to filter genuine emails from the rants they\'ll receive...a customer service complaint number would sort this...
I look forward to someone from Dido Harding\'s office calling me as all complaints go through the office of the CEO apparently...it would be nice if Dido herself took the time to call and listen to the ineptitude of her company.

Sorry but why would you want to Upgrade your phone if the service is so bad

More or less exactly the same simply wanted to upgrade talktalk mobile at end of contract, virtually impossible to speak to anyone in mobile renewals tried phoning live chat the lot, in frustration emailed the CEO dido harding who in fairness personally replied to my email and put one of ceo managers on the case, however despite an initial call and email no further contact truly abysmal customer services0
