LCP Parking Ticket

Evening.
I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do next.
I've had a reply from my first appeal, they've reduced the figure (back to the 'early bird' £50) and have provided me with a POPLA code, which is correct. I don't really know which direction to go in next.
What they certainly haven't done is give me a breakdown of their costs. Now, I am tempted to make them a small offer (of the parking ticket cost plus maybe a fiver) in the hope that they'd give up.
What do you suggest?
(I've avoided putting too much info here for now, let me know what you need.)
cheers!

You really have not got the gist of PPC scam land antics if you think this will work!0 -
LCP at Harlesden Plaza? If so, search this forum for Plaza as a keyword and copy/adapt the recent winning POPLA appeals re that bunch.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Ok, I'll have a look, thanks.
It might be worth mentioning that they bang on about plagiarism and the fact that they get "blatant" copy-pasted appeals. Which appears to have, at the least, irritated the writer.....0 -
Awww diddums they don't like template appeals
well we don't like their template invoices, fake template tickets and their template rejection letters. Fortunately Popla likes our template letters debunking the crap from parking companies like these.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Of course it's irritated them. They know they're not going to get a penny from you.Je suis Charlie.0 -
So, I could do with a little help, well in truth a lot.
I've had a read of the case with the poster 'lynneh'. Who, obviously, won. On the grounds that LCP 'failed to prove that the parking charge amount was a genuine pre-estimate of loss'.
They haven't given me a break down of costs. Also, in the space of a few weeks the charge has gone from the discounted £50 to £100 and now they've offered £50 again. - Clearly not a 'pre-estimate'.
Would it help if I post the reply here?0 -
Why bother even contacting them again? Just do your popla appeal and rid yourself of these vermin in that way. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Yea, that's what I plan to do. I'm looking for a bit of help on that front just so I have a clearer picture of my particular case. - Just don't want to a) say anything wrong or b) be superfluous in my appeal.0

Its here in post 3, just post up the wording before you send to Popla
