RBS ISA Manager Address

Hi,
I'm transferring an ISA from RBS to another provider and need to supply an "Address of Existing ISA Manager" on the transfer form.
I've asked RBS (repeatedly) for this address, but they seem unable to provide a coherent answer.
Do any of you know which address should use for this?

Which RBS ISA manager is it that you are referring to?
