Its tempting to tell them its statute barred or ask for a CCA, but until you know its yours that fight is a bit premature. May not need to go there.Still rolling rolling rolling......

no what you say makes sense, I will see what they say to this one and go from there.
The other DCA haven't been in touch at all - sent one letter 4th Sept then a 2nd 19th September and nothing at all nearly 2 months later. Looking at moving in December do I need to send them anything at all or assume they aren't pursuing and leave it do you think?0
