Small claims court - any success?
Hello MSE's, i was wondering if anyone has had any real success in the small claims court to redeem cashback for mobiles.
I know Phones2udirect has been mentioned quite many times elswhere but iam interested in hearing if anyone had won any case against this one?
Also, how much is the amount claimed for? Is it for the whole contract or just for the first/second/.. claim. Reason i ask is most of these companies reject future cachback claims if the initial one was not claimed.
Cheers.

If future claims are to be rejected because of the failure of the first, then it would be prudent to sue for the lot at once.
There have been several successful claims against these irritating companies. But of course you need to be sure of your facts before proceeding.0
