Got my YBD replacement box today (after the first went missing), and the lipstick's Naked
. Tried it just incase but it's awful.
Bit miffed about the Forte sample too - why survey people to ask their age then include products that are entirely unsuitable?0 -
Yes, the YBD did have a small candle, but I hated the scent, it smelled quite medicinal to me.
Hi everyone, by the way. I'm getting back into beauty boxes after a two year break! I've bought the last two Latest In Beauty boxes, not ready for the surprise boxes again yet though. Glossybox gave me the rage once too often!
I'm thinking of getting the L'Occitane calendar. I would prefer the Selfridges one, but I like L'Occitane nearly as much as Lancome and it's less than half the price of that one!0 -
I just bought my first Glossybox as it has the full size Nuxe products in, I am looking forward to that.
If Bobbi Brown had an advent calendar I'd be all over that!

Whooohooo! Postman delivered not one, not two but three Memeboxes today!!!
Rapunzel - hair care with 6 full size products worth nearly 180 dollars
Sleeping Beauty - 6 products (2 with aloe vera) worth over 130 dollars
Beauty Splurge with Lisa Pullano - 7 products worth over 135 dollars and my personal favourite as packaging is so cute.
No duty to pay on any of the boxes thankfully and they are all full sized items so fantastic! Nothing leaked and the Lisa box contained a nail varnish which hasn't exploded.
Looking forward to the cute boxes now as think the items will be adorable!

The candle was in the 2012 calender (I only started getting them last year and the 2013 definitely didn't have one). I didn't know Loccitane did a calender - will have to investigate as I love their stuff!0 -
Just looked at the Paperless Spoiler Card in the email off Glossybox, I don't do surprises so I just couldn't help myself!
There's 2-3 things that I like, the rest are abit meh.0 -
I was going to get the Benefit advent calendar but I have deceied against it. I don't think it's great value for money but it is a good way to try a lot of their make up without the hefty price tags.
I have already brought the Selfridges advent calendar - I saved my birthday money and my husband is going to get me the YouBeauty one for Christmas.0 -
Just out of interest, did anyone get the next My Boutique Box ? I just wondered if it was as bad as the first one!0
