Oh, I didn't see that. I got two extra, shame it was a disappointing box this month. Seems they like taking customers money but not actually sending them what they ordered..... I might get my items....one day!

I'm not sure what to do, if they don't reply back though. I'm happy to send them back, but they can send me some pre paid label

If they can't even assure me of a refund then I have no faith I will get my refund. The box was ok, but nothing to get excited about or I would offer to pay to keep it, if they gave me a discount.

    Might try tweeting them

Tweeted them & got a DM reply. They are up to their necks in emails... Hardly surprising really.

They should really put something on their website / twitter etc saying they are really busy but will respond to emails and give a timescale then employee a couple of people (or allocate) to deal solely with that side of the business and NOT interns as they often give thr wrong information and don't have the authority to deal with issues like refunds etc.

    It's not rocket science.

Funnily enough that's what I said to them- maybe if they explained they are so busy people might not get so annoyed

Wonder when they'll release the list for You Beauty Discovery Box as with the 1st being a Saturday, would want time to cancel if it's not great.

For those interested in kawaii boxes, just received my first My Cute Box. Costs £15 odd including shipping and is a UK based box. Box was very small...it fitted through my letterbox without any trouble (less than an inch thick) and contained 10 items including a pair of socks and Rilakkuma key cover, post it notes and a necklace. It was ok but not blown away tbh. Am hoping next month is good (I'm on a 3 month sub) or it'll be back to Kawaii box I think.

Unless it has changed since March it is Hermes. :)
