There are a few things in there I'd really like to try, but I'm not sure I can part with £40 for it sadly.

Birchbox have a new code (STELLA) which gets you a free bracelet from Stella & Dot worth £19 for anyone joining for the first time (or using a new email address!). To get the bracelet though, you must use the code in conjunction with a referral link (there s a different thread where people have posted these).

Received the Cohorted Beauty box for July and am happy with it so managed to order the August box too. Surprisingly, there were no issues and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. Hoping it'll be the same for future months.

Not so impressed with My Little Box. ...it's ok but could be better. I still love the concept though of having some lifestyle items as well as a couple of beauty products so hope next month is better.

Ordered the Selfridges box (as I'd just been paid and feeling flush!).

Also ordered a 3 month sub of My Cute Box which is a Japanese kawaii box based in the UK. Boxes cost £15 or so and will include a mixture of items including possibly a t-shirt, stationary, snacks etc. Will let you know if it's any good...

Has anyone else had a duplicate box from Cohorted? I did get two do emailed them on Tuesday night to say that I had and tell them that I will return it at their expense.
On weds morning I had an email that was clearly for all subscribers asking me to return it, email them the receipt & they will reimburse me.
They have not responded to my email directly at all.
Given that they don't respond to emails (they have ignored previous emails from me) I am concerned that they will just not refund my money..
Anyone else in this situation? I have done the honest thing and now they seem to want me to go out of my way to return with no real certainty of s refund.
Their boxes are good value but I am through with them. Too arrogant to reply to my emails suggests to me if I did have an issue they wouldn't sort it.

I would email them again asking a question, e.g. how they want it shipped and how you will get the refund, how much they will refund. If they don't respond I wouldn't bother sending it back. I give them the benefit of doubt, they didn't reply to your individual email because they sent a general one.

I wasn't impressed with their latest box: too many eye shadow palettes!! 3 months in a row is too much! I don't use self tan products and I have a nail varnish to turn ordinary polish into matte, so the matte varnish is useless to me... and I don't like the smell of the gucci body lotion! lol! But this is just me!
  • Same here. They haven't replied to my email.

I'm going to send another message asking for a pre-paid label for both boxes (got sent 2 extra boxes). I did offer to send them back and wait for the "refund" for the postage. But the lack of reply, no chance now.

They also haven't sent the two items I ordered with the beauty box either....and surprise surprise, no reply to that either! They have the worst customer service ever.

Their appalling customer service could well put them out of business. I'm happy to send back the second box, but not at my expense.
Seeing as Hermes delivered it they could arrange (and pay for) them to collect.

I didn't bother ordering the August Cohorted box after a disappointing June and July. I don't use tanning products and several items seem to be old things split up from gift sets or available on discount sites far below the amount they quote.

I will say I had a very good experience with their customer service last month. I complained about the quality of the box and they sent me a few items in apology. But the poor items in July means it's not worth it for me to keep purchasing.
  • Latest In Beauty are offering free delivery on £10+ spends this weekend. There is a code on the homepage.

I picked the mini bath and beauty box for a friends birthday and added couple of bits from the build your own box section. It might be of interest to anyone interested in their beauty award boxes. If you pick the Box 2 option you'll get 6 products for £12.99.

    Here is a link: http://www.latestinbeauty.com/awards/

    Hope it's useful :)
