Their appalling customer service could well put them out of business. I'm happy to send back the second box, but not at my expense.
Seeing as Hermes delivered it they could arrange (and pay for) them to collect.

Still no reply from them. Have you been contacted?

I have emailed again to say where is the missing items from my orders, and I also asked for a pre-paid label as they don't reply to emails, as I'm not happy to pay for their mistake, then chase up a refund.

There customer service has really put me off them!

I have now emailed them twice asking for confirmation of how they intend to refund me.

I have had a look on Twitter and they appear to frequently ignore emails. I will give it a few more days & request a pre paid label again. I'm happy to drop it at a Hermes collection point for them, or for them to collect via Hermes. But given that they don't respond to emails I don't trust them to refund me!!

That's my issue to!! We have to email our proof of postage, but they don't reply to emails.....so how the hell would we ever get refunded?? Plus, I'm not sure how they would refund, as I only ever paid with Paypal with them.

I will just wait for them to contact me now. I'm not going to keep chasing them...or my missing items from my order!!! Lucky they are not expensive!

I also checked their Twitter to, someone who ordered something over a month ago....no item, no emails back. Great customer service Cohorted :T

Guess that's christmas presents for her friends sorted :rotfl:

Only received the one box myself but did see someone on Instagram with a palette that had obviously been used previously as had big fingerprints on the shadows. She was not happy and no wonder

Talking about "great" customer service... I contacted lookfantastic to see if I can pause for one month the subscription or receive it at a later date as I will be on holidays and the answer was no... Last time the box was left outside my door, let's see if I find anything when I come back...

It's the one thing I wish sub boxes would offer more often - the ability to pause or opt out for a month or so. Graze snacks can do it so it's possible. There are a few geek / nerd type boxes that I'd sub to but don't want some of the themes so being able to stop for that month would be easier than cancelling completely.

You can pause pink parcel and actually for this box I just changed the date the box should arrive. You can pause love me beauty as well! Although for this one I don't think there is a way to resume the subscription unless you contact them! It's obviously possible! Anyway, their loss, I will avoid August boxes next time.

I wanted to start again the love me beauty subscription but I couldn't find a way, has anyone managed to do it? Do I have to email the customer service?

Oh, I didn't see that. I got two extra, shame it was a disappointing box this month. Seems they like taking customers money but not actually sending them what they ordered..... I might get my items....one day!

I'm not sure what to do, if they don't reply back though. I'm happy to send them back, but they can send me some pre paid labels.

I saw that as well, I wasn't to impressed with a out of date makeup palette and a old Nails Inc Polish. Don't use fake tan and I had some random body lotion....which broke as soon as I opened it!

Pink Parcel has amazing customer service. I can't fault them at all. The box this month was REALLY good to.
