More seriously, there is a sub-board further down which deals with quotes. I would guess £2-3k depending on complexity of work, but that's a total guess.

I was looking at purchasing a house two years ago and the survey recommendations were that the chimney stack needed to be rebuilt. I got a quote of 1,500 pounds. This was in Nottingham.0
