Blue Sky/Welcome Finance

in Credit cards
Hi I wonder if anyone can help me with this. I took a large loan years ago with Welcome Finance and had major problems with the company. Threats, Men managing to pass my flat security to get to my door etc, fees, you name it I had it. Eventually I had to sell my home and move back with parents. My solicitor went to Welcome to try and get me something back for PPI and complaint on there behavour, they didn't respond to my solicitor and he advised we should go to Financial Ombudsman unfortunately my solicitor would have had to start charging me and I couldnt afford anymore bills at the time. Now being in a place all my debt is dealt with, I thought I would look into PPI again. I also made a complaint to Welcome Finance about the treatment I received. Cut along story short they sent me to Blue Sky who original I dealt with before receiving funds from Welcome I also took out PPI. I believe Blue Sky is in Administration but I am not understanding if I paid all the money to Welcome of £26K (Original Loan £20K) why they keep sending me a letter to contact Blue Sky. I know they sold me the PPI and loan but I paid Welcome. First time round from Blue Sky I received a form to fill in asking how much they owe me? (which I didn't send back) 2nd time round I am getting no response from Blue Sky. surely after the loan is set up I make payments to welcome? Sorry I am probably being a bit thick but I really want to try and get something back as this company made my life a misery for many many months. I am just looking for a bit of advice from anyone to see if I can do anything else.
Thanks
Thanks

Probably better posting on the PPI board rather than the Credit card one

To get the best answers you probably need to repost this in the reclaim PPI section. Reclaim PPI & Other Insurance
If bluesky sold you the policy and if they have ceased trading then you may need to make your PPI complaint to the FSCS, but one of the regulars from the PPI section of the forum should be able to advise you better.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thanks for the Replies, I have now posted in the correct board. Not sure how I managed to post to Credit Cards in the first place :-)0
