You haven't read enough. They can't even get your data till day 29 so how do you think they would send a NTK?!

They can't get DVLA data until they've allowed you 28 days to appeal, basically.

  • Just an update on this. As of today, I have yet to have any contact regarding the ticket. Would it be safe to assume this has been over looked or abandoned by the crooks?

Or the NTK has gone astray in the post but then it is not 'served' is it?! So that isn't anything to worry about.

Or have you moved in the past few years and are you certain you updated your keeper address with the DVLA (not the address re your driving licence, I mean check the one on your V5). If an old address is with the DVLA as keeper then you would know it though I would think, due to tax disc bumf going to an old address?

Maybe they wrote the car reg down wrong on the PCN?

    It's not a lease/company car is it, I hope?

  • No, to all of the above.
It's my personal car, the reg was correct on the rubbish attached to the window and all my details are correct with the dvla. Still had nothing at all about this so I'm going to go with the assumption that they decided it wasn't a valid decision by the parking attendant and have not pursued it. If anything comes of this in he future I shall use my post's on here to evidence I have had no correspondence from them.
