Premier Parking Solutions ticket

Just a little advice on what actions to take as I'm unsure on which route to take on the flowchart.

Came back to Hull P&O long stay to find a ticket on the drivers window for exceeding the marked bay.

Thanks,

Shane.

Hello Shane - do you mean 'exceeding time' or exceeding spatially i.e parking over or outside, even if partially, the painted bay lines?

    Date?

    Issued by?

    Is it Port Authority land?

    It was for parking

It was issued by premier parking services on the xxth of august and was to my belief the Hull ports own land designated as a long stay car park.

there have been several threads about this company and car park on none-relevant land over the last 12 months or so, suggest you read them all and acquaint yourself with the politics and issues surrounding these chanceers and their interpretation of mugging people for a living after having taken their ticket money

try using the search word HULL in the search box to find them all

    like this current one too

This is a fairly simple one really.

First of all have a re read a of the newbie thread. It is good that you found it before panicking. Wait for the NTK. When you respond as registered keeper, your first point on the appeal will be simply that there is no keeper liability since this is not land relevant for POFA 12. If you were to go over to pepipoo you would be advised that this is all you need to say, but I would add the rest of the template appeal too.

At that point a complaint to the DVLA will be in order as the PPC have requested your details even though they have no reasonable cause since you are not liable and they know it.

When rejected a POPLA appeal follows.

The thread Redx directed you too has a wealth of useful information, so use it.
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.

    Thanks Dee,
I've had a look through but just found it a little overwhelming with the terms being used and with the flowchart having the choice of waiting or appealing straight away. These thieves should be happy with the parking charges that were paid

Too much information - please delete the bits in your post that tell PPS about this. Don't let them see what you've posted in detail. This is an open forum so no more info except we know it's Hull Docks - and we know how to win this appeal.

Delete the above snippet of info shown in bold as well.

    You could either:

    - wait for the NTK then send the template from the newbies thread,

    or

    - send the template from he Newbies thread around 15th September. NOT NOW. There's a reason which will become apparent later.

Both very good plans. Both lay the groundwork for you to win at POPLA.

DO NOT add any wording - NOTHING about who was driving as it's the keeper (you) who is in the slam-dunk winning position. At POPLA stage there's already a winning POPLA appeal in the Newbies thread for you to adapt, or you could adapt Willberine's version. I helped him win at POPLA, after PPS had won a couple of other POPLA appeals by 'changing' their costs/loss statement:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4919472

PPS won't win against you as long as you do NOT say who was driving and follow what I have said. Choose your time to appeal as shown - use the template first appeal in the Newbies thread - NOT the one in any MSE article or link.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

    Thanks Coupon-Mad,
I've amended the posts as suggested.

If the NTK should come before the 15th should I respond then or wait until the 15ths as suggested?
