This is getting ridiculous now. I mean how dare you have your GF over!

Change the barrels in the lock. That'll stop your LL and the LA ignoring your requests and just entering your home.

It might also be time to give Shelter a call.
  • I think with this amount of disruption, you have to change your locks. They seem 'confused' as to boundaries. Sorry for the stress this is causing you.

Please get the Laminate repair kit from ebay or something similiar. And imagine you sticking your finger up in the air to them.

If there is what they call 'washing up related' water damage to worktop, as they insist on claiming, they will still have to prove it wasn't there when you moved in and it is now (did they take photo's, how detailed was their check in process?). Then you could argue that the laminate isn't fit for purpose if its going to warp every time a drop of water falls on it blah blah.

I know this is no fun for you, but play them at their own game. They are obviously bullies, but they don't know what they are doing. Keep a diary too. If you can, record any conversations.

Change your door lock cylinders, it is easy, u just need a screw driver. I did it with the help of YouTube videos.

I was leaving my flat to go to my car I opened the door and the landlord was there with his sister, they were furious, because the agent told them the house was in a state
You have every right to keep the flat in a state as long as you are living there! as long as you return it in good order it none of their business how you live or how tidy the flat is, or how many girlfriends use your shower!
Their demands are becoming ridiculous now, if I were you I would refuse them any more access to the property until you leave. I'd definitely change the barrel of the lock too, because it doesn't sound like they are going to take no for an answer.
  • I'm about to leave the flat, I have my inventory check out tomorrow, I just realised that my washing machine tray wont open, I havent used it in a week or so, can this be a issue, will I be liable for it?
