Remove Quick Reply Box

Can i remove the quick reply box as i am constantly posting reply s in this reply box .Click on post and the message disappears with error you need to post more than ten words ( i have ). Its ok if i remember the Post Reply tab but a reply box open and waiting for words to be typed in is logical where you reply .
