Virginmedia Tivo with Netflix and Chromecast Answers Please

Hopefully some clever person in MSE land can answer some questions for a Non Techie Please .
Have just bought a Chromecast dongle it's great but there's more.
Just started a month's trial with Amazon Prime to discover both my LG TV's are not compatible with Prime and Chromecast, not old TV's one is 2013 but not suitable for Amazon Prime and to cast , ( have now cancelled Prime) but I can cast BBC iplayer great, so casting works with both TV's from laptop / iPad.
Finally I have got to my question, I have Virgin-media but not the Tivo box, just looked at the Virgin-media site looks like you can get Tivo box upgrade with Netflix for £5 Month to existing customers.
Has anyone got this package and can tell me would I be able to cast through this Tivo upgrade and all important costs involved :money:
