    Problem is that they don't have the budget of the big boys, so have to resort to inexpensive ways to advertise.
    So I wouldn't judge them solely on this.

    Surely there's a difference between low budget advertising (Social CRM and affiliate schemes for a few examples) and deliberately misleading your customers? If the product is actually good, there's no need to resort to lies...
