At one point, the guy said something along the lines of that once the handover was complete, it's the courier's issue - I didn't argue at the time, as I wanted them "on-side" to find out what exactly happened, but when they call back, I will definitely remind them of their obligations "Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510
