Hi. Has anyone out there found a good deal. Daughters getting really confused trying to get a broadband only deal. she'll be sharing a house with 3 others.

It really depends where you live as different providers are better in different areas. My son and daughter (separate student houses/areas) just used price comparison sites, just as you would for yourself.

They didn't look for 'student-specific' deals, just for standard broadband offers.

Some providers do 9 month minimum term contracts, which are often more suitable for students. There are no 'student only' deals as such. VM used to offer these, if she is in a cabled area?
You don't say if the property already has a working BT-based landline or not? If not, the extra cost of provision or reconnection also has to be factored in.
But as above, broadband is exchange specific, so start with an exchange search on samknows.com for the available LLU options.
4 students means high usage, so she'll be looking for an unlimited tariff.
