Nobel Prize for Literature

I must share this (PDF) document showing a letter sent by the PPC with the grand sounding name of "National Parking Control" from this CAG thread:-

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?426240-Parking-Charge-Notice-from-NPC-**-CHARGE-WITHDRAWN-**%285-Viewing%29-nbsp

The PDF link in on post # 11.

As somebody on that thread has commented this is probably an ex clamper. I suppose when your knuckles drag on the ground, it's very difficult to type a coherent letter.

Two gems from that letter:-

you will no further corrisponced from National Parking Control will occur as your notice as been fully removed from the system"

and

"like to take this opportunity for raising valid points of the car park"
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Not registered on CAG so can't open it.

Cascade Financial Ltd. t/a National Parking Control has featured on here a few time recently, with it's spectacularly dodgy NtK's:

The grandly-named Cascade Financial Ltd. appears to be one Mohammed Habib Buksh, who is prepared to turn his hand to anything in pursuit of a dodgy penny, from buying unwanted gold (doubtless at well below the market value), through making PPI reclaim calls in blissful ignorance of the TPS, to issuing the dodgiest NtK's I've ever seen.

The BPA and DVLA have doubtless audited Mohammed's notices and are happy with them. 'Cos they do audit this stuff regularly, they said so. And his website says that he is "Fully approved and supported by the DVLA". So there you have it.

    Oh dear:

    http://blogs.mirror.co.uk/investigations/2013/05/calling-cash-your-gold-anyone-.html

Incidentally, that website ("Cash Your Gold is a division of Euro Gold Refinery – Number 8074436", director Mohammed Habib Buksh) is still trying to "buy" people's gold even though, according to Companies House, the company is dissolved!

Mohammed Habib Buksh appears to be linked to one Mohammed Yusuf Buksh, who runs a slew of telemarketing companies in Manchester linked not only with PPI reclaim calls but also cold calls regarding claims for road accidents which may or may not have occurred.

Yusuf is also director of Knightsbridge Financial Consulting Ltd., whose website makes a big play of IVA's even though they are not registered insolvency practitioners. Here's what one MSE user experienced when she fell into their clutches: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2829866

Charming chappies these Buksh brothers, or whatever they are. Just the sort of members BPA Ltd. needs to help them Drive Up Standards. I note that Habib has recently started yet another company, Parking Master Ltd. The BPA's next recruit perhaps?
