On first glance Ryanair appear to be charging in the range of £50 to £70 extra for their new business fare.
is this good value?
It includes 20g luggage (costing up to £30 usually) and a reserved seat with extra leg room (costing up to £15 usually) and fast track at some airports, so if you normally buy these it may feel like a relatively small premium to pay for the flexibility of being able to change the date or time of travel. If you change before the day of travel there isn't a penalty but you have to pay the fare difference; on the day of travel you can switch times and airports but apparently not online, only by phone or at the airport, and you are not guaranteed an extra leg room seat.

Seems to be decent value. I regularly use BA and EZY for work but I'd only use Ryanair if there was absolutely no alternative as their fare rules were so restrictive. On business trips your plans change all of the time as meetings overrun or are cancelled at short notice.0
