Moving into flat from Uni hall

Hi everyone. I am a foreigner currently studying in UK.
I will be moving into my new flat on 11 Sep and I saw a good £130 cash back (quidco) on EE broadband. The problem is that the offer expires in 4 days.
Is it okay for me to purchase a broadband package before I move into my new flat?
Is there any option for me to tell EE only install/activate my broadband on/after 11 Sep?
Will I lose the cash back because I activated the broadband after the offer deadline?
I lived in the university accommodation and have no previous experience with these things.

Personally I would wait, I've seen too many stories of people signing up to things, then their move falls through or gets delayed, and problems occur.
These types of cashback offers get repeated the vast majority of times anyway.0
