Hi All,
Would dearly love to get out of Virgin Media contract without all the charges,we joined vm in November 2013 ( actually my wife joined)
i have recently started going all through my bank statements and noticed it had gone up by £3,00,i have read this is a clause to break contract. I phoned them but was told as the hike was in February it was to late. I gave them my wifes correct email address as they dident have it. That was why i obviously wasent receiving their bills.
Does anyone have any advice please, i would be very grateful.

You have a window of opportunity which has passed, what exactly do you expect them to do? Them not having the correct information would be based on you not providing it originally it can be assumed? I so then you can sign up online and update the email address at any time.
I would guess you are looking to move home and where you are moving to cannot provide VM services? Would that be a fair guess as to why you've asked the above question? As a £3 increase this far after being incurred clearly isnt the main reason...0
