You really ought to read the FAQs and other information on their website, and that which they've sent you, because there's something you need to do very soon...otherwise you won't earn any miles at all.

Called Virgin who advised me its the black account i have which comes with a annul fee! Asked if they could kindly switch it over to the white account(No annul fee)Advised it doesn't work that way etc
Ended up applying for a white account which i passed,rang them up,they moved over the credit limit from black to white,as the annul fee had already came off,was advised to wait until friday for the refund (as i was within the 14 day cancellation period) which would also be moved over.
What a carry on,lesson well learned! Next time il ensure ive read and read !0
