OK, so if the expressed wish of her closest living relatives is that she should be adopted by someone in the UK, and you are willing to adopt her, then that is the way forward. Do not expect it to be a simple process... Your first port of call should be her father's ex-colleagues in the Council child support service, and in due course the British Embassy will also assist.0 -
Fairenough - your posts state that she HAS family in the UK and also that she HASN'T. Which one is it?
And who has stepped forward as her "next of kin" someone in the UK or in India?
Is there a Will where her parents have nominated next of kin?
Who is paying for her hospital care now? It sounds like family in India are doing so, which may indicate there is no travel insurance.
If there is a relative in the UK then they need to find out if there was indeed any travel insurance to repatriate her and whether she has any right given her visa status to be return to the UK. So they need to make a call to the Home Office.
Sad though it is for you and others in the local community who know her, if ALL her family is now in India then in all likelihood she will need to remain there to be cared for by relatives locally. You could still keep in touch and support her from afar.
Wishing her all the best for her recovery.
sorry, i may have misdirected the people here as we all were concrete but now we know, she got NO relatives here. kindly accept my apologies.0 -

She had relatives there, not here.
I know it's harsh but we can't pay for everything/everyones care, no matter how sad the case.
Thank you Girl for your advise but no one is asking you, not me nor her relatives to pay for her care.
Here relatives are coping with the costs at this moment but mind you, if you do a research on what medical costs can be like in countries like India, you will learn so much.
All i want is a bit on advise to get her back her as i clearly said in my initial post that after i spoke to her uncles and aunts, they said this girl dont belong here, she is so British. thank you so much0 -
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

But the law may not agree to her coming back to the UK.0 -
