We found most of the 'big pan' caterers will also do chilli, moroccan tagine, pasta etc in the pans and not just paella. You could ask them about it? We're currently trying to work out if it's viable to do our own catering, hiring the paella pans and cooking everything ourselves on site, another thing you could consider. If not, we're going to hire our local hog roast who also have the big pans. We've had quotes between £450 and £750 for 120 people. SO MUCH CHEAPER than normal catering!!!0
