What colour paint should we choose

We are having our bathroom done and have chosen our tiles and boarder, we are having them 1/2 way up the wall and then painting the rest and and ceiling. Do you have white toilet and basin ? Then I would have walls, ceilings and woodwork in white and introduce colour with towels, picture and blind. Off white walls might look dirty against white china.
