MOt - Advisory - exhaust

Hi, on my mot today it said as an advisory that the front (section and middle section joint) exhaust has a small leak of exhaust gases. Should I be getting this fixed asap? What price would it be likely to be? thanks

My car passed several MOTs with a testable item that did not comply with C&U regs so would have failed a VOSA/DVSA or police roadside inspection if they were switched on enough, technically not "roadworthy" at the MOT.
