Orange - bad signal, poor data connections
Hi
Is anyone else esperiencing the joys of being with orange. I am based in the west midlands area
Constant bad signal sometimes losing reception altogether
Bad data speeds even on H+ whihc keeps flicking between E/G and nothing
I also keep losing data connection whilst I am in a call which is very annoying especially using satnav on phone whilst in a handsfree call etc or googling something
I have complained but they just fob you off and blame the phone rather than the network and want ridiculous details to look into tit like times, and postcodes (yes postcodes..like i know that )
What is the best course of action here as i am getting very fed up

I *had* a business a/c, so it may be different, but ...
I phoned and grumbled, I was referred to a 'special team' who concluded that they had indeed decommissioned one of the masts in our area.
They offered me three options
1. A signal booster box for our home (to connect to the broadband)
Yes please
Sorry, we are out of stock - ask again in 6 weeks!
What else then?
2. 50% line rental for the remainder of the term of your contract
But I'm already out of contract - what else?
3. Your PAC code
yes please
Goodbye Orange, thanks for the last 15 (?) years of good service and signal - shame you are CR4P now!!
