    Bed by 10pm or 10.30 if there is a team call 14/ 27 - NO
    Drink 1.5 ltrs of water per day. 23/ 31 - YES
    Time for me/ OH not wasting it on fb games 26/ 31 - YES
    Walk 10,000 steps per day 24/ 31 - YES
    No devises to bed, ipod, phone etc. 25/ 31 YES
