Hope none of you work for this crowd? Still I`m sure many of you can get overtime at the circus.....:money:
Keep clutching at straws Crashy and maybe remember to take the pills like the doctor ordered.
I've never come across anyone as deluded as you. I used to think you where a rubbish troll, but I now realise that you have to delude yourself to maintain some level of sanity. I really think you need to accept that you got it wrong, because you've suffered long enough. It's time you bit the bullet and had the good fortune to own your own home. :j
Best of luck Crash addict.0 -

Why not face facts that you have been wrong for a long long time. Spectacularly wrong. Maybe I'm just a debt junkie.... either way I'm still on track to be mortgage free by 40......
if you spend an hour a day among people telling you non stop that everything is about the crash everything is !!!! and terrible and fake and an illusion it does not take long until you start singing that song. Once you repeat it a few times you change your brain chemistry and its very difficult to stop
The power of confirmation bias.
Its not just silly people waiting for doom to push house prices down 50% it applies to most things. From religion to political views to social groups to even things like your taste in music or art or how you view/act with regards to violence.
Sadly the clowns at hpc.co.uk have found each other online and convinced each other that the economy is terrible and everything is going to go to !!!! so hide in a corner and do nothing just wait and that is what they are doing0 -

Why would anyone aspire to live in a scruffy bedsit surrounded by other benefit claimants. Surrounded by the underclass. Maybe that's your idea of utopia. But don't expect anyone else to agree.0 -

Care to post where I have said anything like that?
What I did say was a person who buy the average terrace in much of the country will have a monthly payment less than what the same working person would pay to the council to rent the local poor stock
Start listening to and visiting positive websites and forums and avoid hpc for 6 months. That should be enough to free you from the brainwashing effects of confirmation bias0 -
know this crashy, and all of you, whatever the future holds be it good or bad there will be those in the population who become rich and powerful
sitting in the corner cowering will guarantee you are not in that group
complaining that things are difficult or impossible or !!!! will guarantee you are not in that group
not acting and taking control will guarantee you are not in that group0 -
