No you sold up in the late nineties then did some sofa surfing and then some free digs before getting into renting big time.
My memory of the events is better than yours.
Then again I imagine the manner in which your home ownership ended was a bit traumatic which is why you try to forget it. What happened?
I hope for his sake it was the late 90's! I actually thought that it was worse than that, and it was the mid 90's!Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Every time I lose money I don't care, so it doesn't count.
What's your BCR again?
I was never trying to dodge a crash, had no interest in "crashes" until 2007/8, when anyone with half a brain could see we really needed one....:rotfl:0 -

But that is with hindsight, you didn`t know there would be a economic and political stability threatening credit bubble back then any more than I did. This bubble will crash and burn no matter how many silly posts you sit and make all day long on here. Why do you bother?0 -

He was only interested in 2007/2008... the 10 yrs of rent previous therefore doesn't count.... the 10 yrs after don't count either.
20yrs of being spectacularly wrong. What a legend0 -

Of course.... go on the defensive and claim that everyone who disagrees is an EA or the owner of Barratt :rotfl:
Why not face facts that you have been wrong for a long long time. Spectacularly wrong. Maybe I'm just a debt junkie.... either way I'm still on track to be mortgage free by 40...... :beer:0 -
